Each session is one hour, one-to-one with Ronan. The programme covers career direction and clarity, CV and LinkedIn, personal brand and how you're positioned in the market, interview preparation, and salary negotiation. The structure is built around your specific situation — not a generic template. Between sessions you'll have email support and all workbooks and frameworks used.

Lead with Confidence is for the first 90 days after you land a senior role: the highest-stakes stretch of any career, where the cost of getting it wrong is far higher than the fee. Beyond the eight sessions, you get me on call for three months — so when a hard meeting, a big decision or a moment of doubt hits, you're never facing it alone. Leading at the Top extends that same partnership across six months for senior executives. Most people don't buy more sessions — they buy having a coach in their corner through a transition that matters.
How quickly can I get started? +

Do sessions expire? +
Sessions are valid for 6 months from the start of session one and are fully transferable within that period. If life gets in the way, there's plenty of room to pause and pick back up — and you can transfer unused sessions to a colleague or family member.
