Impact-driven professionals who have built a real career and are serious about what comes next. You're not passively browsing job boards — you have a clear sense of the level you're operating at and you want a structured, strategic approach to land the right role, not just any role. Most of my clients are at Director, VP, or equivalent senior level.

How does the programme work? +

We work together over three months with up to 12 sessions — roughly one every 10 days. Each session is tailored to where you are in your search. We cover personal brand and positioning, CV and LinkedIn strategy, job search approach, interview preparation, and handling the moments in between where things get difficult. I stay in touch between sessions so nothing stalls.

What if I don't land a role within three months? +

Senior searches at the right level take time — that's why this programme is three months, not six weeks. Most clients land well within the programme window. For those still in process at the end, we discuss next steps on a case-by-case basis. The clarity call is the right place to have an honest conversation about realistic timelines for your specific situation.

Do you work with people in my industry? +

My clients come from a wide range of sectors — technology, financial services, professional services, healthcare, media, and more. The coaching is focused on how you present yourself, how you search, and how you perform — skills that transfer across industries. If anything, cross-sector perspective often gives you an edge.

How is this different from other career coaching? +

Most coaching is either too short, too generic, or too focused on one part of the process. This programme covers the full journey — from positioning through to offer — with one coach who knows your story throughout. It's a 20-minute conversation — no pitch, no pressure. We talk about where you are, what you're trying to achieve, and whether this programme is the right fit. If it is, we discuss next steps. If it isn't, I'll tell you honestly. Either way, you'll leave with more clarity than you came in with.

Who exactly is this for?

This programme is for impact-driven professionals — typically at Director, VP, or senior manager level — who are serious about their next move and prepared to invest fully in getting it right. If you're looking for someone to send your CV out for you, this isn't the right fit. If you want a strategic partner for one of the most important decisions of your career, we should talk.

How does the every-10-days cadence work in practice?

We schedule sessions roughly every 10 days across the three months — up to 12 in total. The spacing is deliberate: it gives you enough time between calls to act on what we've worked on, without losing momentum. Between sessions, if something comes up — an interview, an offer, a difficult decision — I'm available. You're not on your own between calls.

What if I'm not actively searching yet — just exploring?

That's actually the best time to start. The professionals who get the best results are the ones who build their positioning, brand, and strategy before they need them — not in a panic after they've already left. Three months is the right window to do this properly, and starting from a place of choice rather than urgency puts you in a much stronger position.

Do you work with people outside Ireland?

Yes. All sessions are online, and I work with clients across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and beyond. Location is never a barrier — what matters is that you're serious about making a move and committed to the process.

How is this different from your other programmes?

My other programmes are focused and intensive — typically six sessions over a shorter window. This programme is built for a longer, more complex search. It gives us the time and space to do the foundational work properly, adapt as things develop, and stay together through the full arc of your transition — from first session to signed offer.

What happens if I land the role before the 3 months is up?

That's the goal — and it happens more often than you might expect. If you land early, we use the remaining sessions to make sure you're set up for success in the new role: your 90-day plan, how you show up from day one, and how you build credibility fast. The programme doesn't end at the offer — it ends when you're genuinely ready for what comes next.
