✳️ Coaching Terms & Conditions

1. Session Format & Duration

  • Coaching sessions are typically 60–90 minutes and take place via Google Meet (or another agreed platform).

  • You’ll receive a calendar invite with the meeting link in advance.

2. Fees & Payment

  • Single sessions are priced at €150.

  • A 6-session package is available for €1000 (no expiry).

  • All sessions must be paid in advance via the provided booking link (Stripe/Acuity).

  • Prices are in EUR.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice using the link provided in your booking email.

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions (less than 24 hours’ notice) are non-refundable.

  • Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Confidentiality

  • All sessions are private and confidential.

  • Notes or information shared will not be disclosed without your consent, unless legally required.

  • For select sessions, AI-generated notes and transcriptions may be recorded using Gemini or similar tools. These are used solely for note-taking and shared only with participants. By joining, you consent to audio transcription for the purpose of creating written notes. You’re always welcome to opt out of receiving shared notes if preferred.

5. Client Responsibility

  • Coaching is a collaborative process — you are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and progress.

  • Your commitment, reflection, and follow-through determine your results.

6. Scope of Service

  • Coaching is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, or financial advice.

  • If deeper psychological or medical issues arise, I may recommend you seek appropriate support.

7. Session Expiry (Packages)

  • Session packages do not currently have an expiry, but I recommend using them within 3–6 months to get the most value.

  • Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written notice.

8. Termination

  • Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time.

  • If coaching is terminated part-way through a package and no sessions have been used, a partial refund may be considered.

  • No refunds are issued for used sessions, except at the discretion of the coach.

9. Contact Between Sessions

  • Brief email or message support is available between sessions for quick check-ins or updates.

  • For in-depth issues, please bring them to the next session.
