Yes. The framework is structured precisely to get you there. You'll leave with a complete first draft. The post-workshop refinement template helps you polish it over the following week, and you can bring it back to Ronan in the optional 1:1 follow-up if you want a senior eye on it.
The workshop is structured around individual work with light peer pairing — no group performance, no presenting to the room. Many introverts say they leave more energised than they arrive because the work itself is clarifying rather than draining.
